Where and When?

The sessions are based from our Warley studio, outdoors using the local school yard, which is private, secure and well lit. On some of the sessions we use the surrounding areas which provide quiet, scenic and varied areas to exercise.

The sessions are based on circuit training and fitness walking and will vary slightly each session. You will work aerobically and anaerobically so both your muscles and your heart and lungs will be worked effectively...circuit training is one of the best ways to burn body fat.

We won't ask you to do anything you aren't comfortable with and all challengers will be able to work at their own pace.

Sessions last for 45 minutes with an effective and graduated warm up at the beginning with a thorough, fun cool down.

The sessions are held on Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm, Thursday evenings at 7.30pm and Monday mornings at 7.00am.
